Delivery

All deliveries will be made on or after the 13th June. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

 

When you have completed your order and reached our checkout stage, the system will automatically calculate the cost of your items in your basket followed by a list of delivery options which we have available to you.

Please make sure that those customers living in non-UK Mainland areas check the postage rates for your postcode before processing the order.

We aim to dispatch orders where all the items are in stock and placed before 12 noon Monday - Friday on the same day. Please see the delivery table for further details of what services we offer, this excludes orders placed after 12 noon, on a weekend and on bank / public holidays.

If there are any issues with your order, ie issues with stock or an item itself we will contact you to advise. 

We work closely with couriers to ensure you receive your parcels within the estimated delivery times and with nothing but excellent customer service.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and once dispatched the courier will notify you and at which point you will be able to track your parcel.

All our orders will require a signature upon delivery unless previously organised, this is for your safety as well as ours. We cannot be held responsible if you are not in to receive your order and have advised it to be left in a safe place as this is done at the recipient's own risk.

We know some people choose to do this and this is not a problem for us, just make sure you request a safe place and give us some details to ensure it's as safe as possible.

When Paying by Paypal

Can our customers also ensure that the address on PayPal is the correct delivery address before sending payment otherwise we cannot be held responsible for the item if it is sent to an incorrect address due to this. 

Contact Information

Please make sure you provide us with a mobile number, as you will also get a text notification from the courier with an estimated time slot. This will also help if we need to contact you for any other reason in regards to your order or the delivery. 

Damaged Or Undelivered Goods

Please check your items immediately upon receipt and contact us straight away if any parcel or item is missing or damaged. If your parcel is damaged or in poor condition, please can you photograph the packaging prior to opening so we can feed this back to our couriers and help resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

European Services

We are currently only offering Uk delivery, however we will be looking in the near future to open up for deliveries to other countries, sorry for any disappointment this may cause.
