Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused, with tags still attached and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at returns@whistledownequestrian.co.uk 

If your return is accepted, you will need to arrange this yourself, it is your responsibility to cover the return postage cost and also obtain a proof of postage. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or outside of the time frame given in this returns policy will not be accepted.

If the item does not get back to us it is your responsibility to claim the loss from the courier not us. We cannot action a refund if we dont have the item back.

Rugs are non returnable due to hygiene reasons. 


Damages / Incorrect Items Received 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue for you and do our best to rectify/deal with this as soon as possible.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return of any item which has incurred damaged during its time in your possession or during return transit.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the original postage cost, which was paid by us.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
